Applied Digital Learning Program

Connection to My Work
As a College, Career, and Military Readiness (CCMR) Coordinator, I believe that preparing students for life beyond high school requires more than academic success. It requires purposeful experiences that connect learning to authentic opportunities. The Applied Digital Learning (ADL) program has equipped me with the tools, strategies, and mindset to design and lead those experiences with intention. Each course in this program has deepened my understanding of how digital learning, innovation, and meaningful design come together to create engaging and sustainable educational environments.
Throughout my ADL journey, I have developed projects that reflect my commitment to empowering students through authentic learning, mentorship, and exploration. From creating my Innovation Plan: The Digital Career Exploration & Mentorship Program, to conducting a Literature Review that grounds my work in research, and building an Implementation Plan and much more that promotes collaboration and equity, each assignment represents a step toward transforming how we prepare students for their futures. This experience has inspired me to model a learner’s mindset, embrace innovation, and cultivate environments where students can thrive academically, personally, and professionally.
The following sections of my portfolio highlight key assignments, reflections, and projects from each ADL course. Each piece demonstrates how theory became practice and how my learning continues to shape my leadership and impact. I invite you to check out my work below and see how the ADL program has helped me grow as both an educator and an innovator.
